Find a skill, download it, put it to work
01What this is
Digital Workers is a library of skills for Claude, curated by Plus 94. A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md that tells Claude how to do one job well: an IC memo, a trading-comps set, a KPI tree. Each one here is free to download, one skill at a time.
02Find a skill
- Roster lists every skill by department. Search by name, command or task.
- World shows the departments as a colony. Hover a robot to see its skill, then press Download.
Each download is one zip holding one folder named after the skill, for example pe-ic-memo/.
03Install in Claude Code Claude Code
- Unzip. You get a folder such as
pe-ic-memo/withSKILL.mdinside. - Move that folder into
~/.claude/skills/to have it in every project (on Windows,%USERPROFILE%\.claude\skills\), or into.claude/skills/inside one project to keep it there. - Claude Code notices it and it runs as
/pe-ic-memo. If you had no skills folder when the session started, run/reload-skillsor start a new session.
Optional: the zip also carries commands/<slug>.md, the older slash-command style. You only need it on an older Claude Code that has no skills folder: copy it into ~/.claude/commands/ and keep the skill in ~/.claude/skills/, where the command looks for it.
04Install in Claude on the web or desktop
At the time of writing, Claude's help centre lists skills on the Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans (on Team and Enterprise an admin may need to allow them) and describes the upload like this: turn on code execution (Settings, Capabilities), then go to Customize, Skills, press +, Create skill, Upload a skill, and choose the zip as downloaded. It asks for one folder with the skill file at its root, which is what every zip here is. The commands folder is not used there.
The same help page states a 200-character limit on a skill's description, and many of ours are longer. If an upload is refused for that, shorten the description: line at the top of SKILL.md, zip the folder again and retry. Plans and menus change; check Claude's own guide if these steps no longer match.
05Use it
Type the slash command and your brief, or just describe the task: Claude reads each skill's description and picks up the one that fits.

Plus 94 curates this library; it did not write these skills, and each zip carries its source's licence under references/.
- anthropics/financial-services, Apache-2.0: private equity deal-cycle skills, the financial models, part of asset management.
- andreworia/claude-finance-skills (Oria AI), MIT: private equity deep-dives and venture. The investment-banking and McKinsey-style packs come from the same author, whose README states they are free to use.
- JoelLewis/finance_skills, MIT: asset allocation, investment policy, performance attribution.
